Aspergilloma fungus ball or mycetoma is the local & isolated settlement of a mold (usually Aspergillus fumigatus ) in pre-existing natural ( paranasal sinuses ) or pathological (cysts, tuberculous cavities ) cavities.
It is a noninvasive type of chronic pulmonary aspergillosis.
