Documents Required for FMGE Application Form and FEE 2024
After completing the FMGE 2024 application form for the December session, candidates are required to submit the following documents to the National Board of Examinations (NBE) for verification. These documents must be sent to the designated email fmge.cc@natboard.edu.in by the last date specified in the official notification.
List of Documents to be Submitted

Copy of Passport:
- A scanned copy of your passport (for identification purposes).

Copy of MBBS Pass Certificate (Certified by Indian Embassy):
- A copy of your MBBS pass certificate (if the MBBS degree was obtained from a foreign institution, it must be certified by the Indian Embassy).

Class 12th Passing Certificate:
- A scanned copy of the Class 12th passing certificate.

Copy of Date of Birth Proof (Certificate of Matriculation):
- A scanned copy of your matriculation certificate or birth certificate as proof of date of birth.

Copy of Internship Certificate (if done from abroad):
- If you have completed your internship abroad, submit a scanned copy of your internship certificate.

Copy of 12th Mark Sheet:
- A scanned copy of your Class 12th mark sheet.

Two Recent Photographs:
- Two recent passport-sized photographs (same as the one uploaded in the application form).

Copy of Fail Certificates/Result of Ex-Candidates:
- If you have previously appeared for the FMGE exam and were unsuccessful, submit a copy of your fail certificates/result from prior attempts.

Copy of Address Proof:
- A scanned copy of any one of the following address proofs:
- PAN Card
- Voter ID
- Driving License
- Passport
- A scanned copy of any one of the following address proofs:

Equivalence Certificate (for Applicants with MBBS Degree from Abroad):
- If your MBBS degree is from a foreign medical institution, submit the Equivalence Certificate issued by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

Copy of Eligibility Certificate issued by the National Medical Commission (NMC):
- Submit a copy of the eligibility certificate issued by the National Medical Commission if applicable, especially for foreign graduates.
Important Notes:
- Self-Attestation: All documents must be self-attested before submission.
- Failure to Submit: Candidates who fail to submit the required documents within the specified timeline will not be considered for the FMGE 2024 December session.
FMGE 2024 Application Fee
The FMGE 2024 application fee for all candidates is:
Rs. 6,195
- Rs. 5,250 for the exam fee
- Rs. 945 for GST

Ensure that you complete the payment successfully and keep the payment confirmation receipt for reference.
