List of Barred Items in NEET Exam Hall – Following items are not allowed to carry them inside the NEET Examination Centre:
- Any stationery items (printed or written)

- Plastic Pouch,
- Calculator,
- Pen,
- Scale,
- Writing Pad,
- Pen Drives,
- Eraser,
- Log Table,
- Electronic Pen/Scanner,

- Mobile Phone,
- Bluetooth,
- Earphones,
- Microphone,
- Pager,
- Health Band

- Opened or packed foods
- Water bottle

- Wallet
- Goggles
- Handbags
- Belt
- Cap
- Exclusion on Food items: Candidates suffering from diabetes are allowed to carry into the examination hall the eatables (with prior intimation) like sugar tablets/fruits (like banana/apple/orange) and transparent water bottle
- NB: suffering from Diabetes, may be taken care of at the Centre as per the instructions issued by NTA.
- Unfair means: action will be taken against the candidate in accordance with the relevant provision when any candidate is found in possession of any of the barred items inside the Centre.
NEET Exam Center Dress Code (Dress code to be followed this while appearing for the exam):
- Colour: Light clothes
- Sleeves: long sleeves are not allowed
- Cultural / Customary Dress: candidates with cultural/ customary dress should report at least 1 hr before the last reporting time ( 12.30 pm) to give enough time for proper frisking
- Footwear: Slippers, sandals with low heels ( Shoes are not permitted)
- Deviation required due to unavoidable circumstances: specific approval of NTA must be taken before the Admit Cards are issued
