Required documents in FMGE Test Centers & Barred Items in FMGE Test Centers 2023

Required documents in FMGE Test Centers:

• Admit Card: Printed copy of the Admit Card including barcoded/QR Coded with Photo of the candidate pasted on it.
• Any of the authorized photo IDs (must be original, valid, and non-expired): Candidates without valid ID proof shall not be allowed to enter the examination premises.

   2. Driving License
   3. Voter ID
   4. Passport
   5. Aadhar Card (with the photograph)

• Important notice:
  • Name on the photo identification: must match with the name as shown on the Admit card (If the name has been changed due to events such as marriage & candidate must show the relevant document to substantiate the claim for change in name (Marriage Certificate /Divorce Decree / Legal Name Change Document/ Gazette notification for name change).
  • Unfair means: case shall be registered against the candidates submitting false/ forged documents
  • The decision of NBE in this regard shall be final

Permitted items in FMGE 2023:

• Candidates will be permitted to carry certain items with them to the examination lab (Please read the admit card carefully for items permitted to carry inside the examination centers):
  1. Face Mask ( Compulsory)
  2. Gloves
  3. Personal hand sanitizer in a transparent bottle (50ml)
  4. Exam-related documents (Admit card, ID Card, etc…)( Compulsory)

Barred Items in FMGE Exam Centers:

• Following items inside the FMGE Test Centers under any circumstances (No arrangement will be made at the centers for keeping any articles/items belonging to the candidates)
• In case any candidate is found in possession of any of the barred items inside the centre beyond the security checkpoint, it will be considered as use of unfair means and action will be taken against the candidate in accordance with the relevant provisions.
• To avoid any hardship candidates are advised not to bring prohibited items along with them to the test Centre.
• Candidates will be subjected to a compulsory thorough security check before entering the FMGE Test Centers.
